Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $4,000 - $4,500/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: PostReminder

ABOUT THE COMPANY

PostReminder is a B2B SaaS platform that turns customer interest into action at the right moment. Instead of sending someone from a QR code straight to a static landing page, PostReminder gives them a real experience: respond instantly, call, share an offer, or set a reminder for later, whether the code lives on direct mail, a poster, a point of sale display, an email, a social ad, or a trade show badge. The platform is built and in market with recognized enterprise brands, and an AI assistant that answers questions about a specific offer is launching now.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The product works. The go to market motion does not exist yet. Every customer so far has come through the founder's own network, so this seat is for the person who builds the commercial engine: who we sell to, in what order, with what message, at what price, and through what channels. You will be the first dedicated growth person on this product, working directly with the founder, with real enterprise references and case studies to sell from and very little else built for you.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the B2B go to market plan for PostReminder: priority verticals, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and the use cases that convert in each one.
  • Start with retail, get that motion working end to end, then repeat the playbook vertical by vertical (fintech, political and advocacy, trade shows and events).
  • Build pipeline from zero across outbound and inbound, and personally run early opportunities from first touch through close.
  • Turn pilots and single campaigns into recurring, expanding accounts rather than one time tests.
  • Shape pricing and packaging across the free, business, enterprise, and white label tiers, and help decide where discounting is worth it and where it is not.
  • Build the sales enablement that does not exist yet: positioning, decks, one pagers, demo flow, objection handling, and white label collateral.
  • Own the customer journey in HubSpot, including sequences, lifecycle stages, onboarding, and the activation step that gets new accounts actually using the product.
  • Improve retention and expansion by tracking adoption, spotting accounts that stall after onboarding, and fixing the reasons why.
  • Build channel and partner motion with agencies, direct mail providers, printers, and marketing platforms.
  • Report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue honestly, and bring what you learn back into product priorities.
  • Help define the profile for the first sales hire once the motion is proven, and help onboard that person.

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 6+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or software sales, including time as the person accountable for the number rather than a piece of it.
  • A track record of owning growth for a SaaS or software company, ideally marketing technology, adtech, marketing automation, attribution, or customer engagement.
  • Real experience taking a product from founder led selling to a repeatable process, with the pipeline and revenue results to describe.
  • Comfort at mid market and SMB deal sizes, where average annual contracts run from a few thousand dollars up to roughly twenty thousand, rather than only enterprise cycles.
  • Both sides of the funnel: you can build demand generation programs and also sit on a call and close.
  • Fluency with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) as an operator, including sequences, lifecycle reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Strong command of SaaS fundamentals: ARR, ACV, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and win rates, used to make decisions and not just to fill a slide.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the presence to sell to U.S. marketing and business leaders.
  • The self direction to work without a marketing team, a playbook, or a manager assigning your week.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in direct mail, print, out of home, retail media, or omnichannel campaign measurement.
  • Experience selling or supporting a white label or reseller channel.
  • Experience marketing to agencies as a buying audience.
  • Familiarity with EOS or a similar operating system.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You get a finished platform, enterprise level reference clients, and a founder who wants to build product rather than run sales, which means the growth function is genuinely yours to define. Decisions happen in one conversation. The team runs on EOS, keeps Fridays light and meeting free, and offers unlimited PTO, and it has been employing people outside the U.S. for years with the same holidays and leave as everyone else.
