WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a HubSpot Strategist + Consultant with strong marketing and sales operations experience who can lead clients through complex HubSpot work without hand-holding. You’re comfortable owning a portfolio, diagnosing what’s broken (or missing), and delivering a cleaner, more scalable HubSpot instance. This is a client-facing role for someone who can balance strategy, hands-on configuration, and clear communication.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of RevOps clients across HubSpot tiers (Starter through Enterprise).
  • Translate business goals into HubSpot architecture, setup decisions, and implementation plans.
  • Design and implement solutions across migrations, onboarding, integrations, automations, and reporting.
  • Build and optimize workflows, lifecycle stages, routing, lead management, and automation to reduce manual work and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and align on success metrics.
  • Provide technical guidance on HubSpot capabilities, limitations, and best-practice configuration.
  • Run trainings and working sessions so clients can operate confidently in HubSpot after delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, development) to execute projects cleanly and on time.
  • Stay current on the HubSpot ecosystem and marketing technology trends that impact client strategy and execution.



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Strategist/Consultant (or equivalent) delivering real implementations—not just admin tasks.
  • 3+ years in an agency environment; HubSpot Solutions Partner experience is a strong plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge across all HubSpot hubs and core objects (CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, reporting, etc).
  • Hands-on ability to build workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting that match how teams actually work.
  • Comfort leading client conversations: asking sharp questions, setting scope, and explaining tradeoffs clearly.
  • Solid foundation in Marketing Ops + Sales Ops (process, attribution/measurement basics, pipeline hygiene, alignment).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with non-HubSpot CRMs and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • API integration exposure (even if you’re not the primary engineer).
  • CRM migration experience across multiple data models and business types.
  • Familiarity with Content Hub and web/SEO workflows in HubSpot.
