Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $1,800–$2,300/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Gnomon

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Gnomon is a world-class visual effects, animation, and games school based in North Hollywood. For nearly 30 years, the school has trained artists who now shape the worlds of film, TV, and interactive entertainment—building a reputation as one of the leading institutions in the industry. This role supports the teams responsible for bringing future artists into that community.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who thrives on outreach, follow-through, and connecting with people who are still figuring out what comes next. You’re comfortable engaging high-school-aged and early-career creatives, you’re persistent without being pushy, and you’re motivated by moving conversations forward—even when the first answer is silence.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Engage new and dormant leads through phone, text, email, and emerging channels to spark or re-spark interest.
  • Guide prospective students toward meaningful next steps—campus tours, Open Houses, info sessions, or an appointment with an Admissions Advisor.
  • Run tight, consistent follow-up cycles that adapt to a younger audience that doesn’t always pick up the phone.
  • Track every touchpoint in Salesforce to maintain clear, accurate lead status and outcomes.
  • Surface patterns in engagement behavior and share insights with Outreach and Admissions to improve strategy.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and handoffs to Admissions Advisors to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Promote upcoming events and drive attendance through timely, well-targeted outreach.
  • Adjust communication style based on each lead’s interests, readiness, and confidence level.
  • Collaborate with Outreach on messaging approaches and share feedback on lead quality.
  • Contribute ideas for new channels or tactics—from Discord to social touchpoints—that reflect how young artists actually communicate.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with a near-native English level.
  • Comfortable outbound calling habits and a willingness to run volume with care and consistency.
  • A people-first mindset—supportive, patient, and able to build trust quickly with younger audiences.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through across a large contact list.
  • Ability to stay flexible, test new approaches, and iterate quickly.
  • A steady work rhythm that matches Pacific Time and favors afternoon/evening outreach windows.
  • Ease working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Curiosity or passion for visual effects, animation, games, or the creative arts.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior admissions, education, recruiting, or customer-facing sales experience.
  • Experience communicating with high school students or early-career creatives.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Instagram, or community-driven channels.
  • Background in a creative, entertainment, or tech environment.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You’ll be at the front end of a world-class creative pipeline—helping future artists find their path, clarifying their next step, and representing a school with real industry gravity. This is a long-term growth opportunity within a broader education group, with a chance to evolve into deeper admissions or multi-school outreach responsibilities as you grow.
