The business began in recovery-focused services like cold plunges and is expanding into functional training, Lagree, and clinical longevity offerings such as peptides. The brand sits at the intersection of performance, health, and modern lifestyle—built for a culturally nuanced Middle Eastern market with global standards.



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a senior-level creative marketer who can own brand and creative execution end to end. This is a hybrid strategist–maker role for someone who understands sophisticated Western marketing standards and can apply them thoughtfully within the cultural realities of the Middle East. You’re comfortable leading creatively, but you’re also hands-on when needed.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the creative and brand marketing direction across all channels: web, email, paid media, and social
  • Translate creative strategy into culturally appropriate, high-performing creative for the Middle East market
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across touchpoints
  • Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that support awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Manage a dedicated content budget, including pitching concepts and overseeing production (photo, video, design)
  • Work hands-on with graphic design and creative production when needed
  • Partner with external freelancers, creators, or vendors to execute campaigns without building an internal team
  • Create compelling creative storytelling rooted in customer segmentation and audience insight
  • Ensure all creative meets local cultural and regulatory sensitivities
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve the brand as the business expands into new wellness and clinical offerings



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Senior-level experience in digital marketing, brand, or creative management
  • A strong foundation in brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling
  • Hands-on ability in graphic design or creative production—not just oversight
  • Experience executing omnichannel marketing across web, email, and paid ads
  • A clear understanding of full-funnel marketing (not just PR, influencer, or social)
  • Comfort operating as a high-ownership individual contributor with budget responsibility
  • Strong judgment and cultural awareness, particularly in conservative or regulated markets
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to pitch ideas confidently



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with wellness, fitness, or health-related brands
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern or GCC markets
  • Prior experience managing creative vendors or freelancers
  • Background in lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands
