WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and enjoys bringing structure to complex creative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate multiple campaigns at once, keep creative teams aligned, and ensure projects move from idea to execution smoothly.


You’ll work closely with the Creative Services Manager while collaborating with strategy, account, and production teams to keep campaigns on track and deliver high-quality creative work on time.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Coordinate day-to-day project timelines and deliverables across multiple creative campaigns simultaneously
  • Manage the full campaign workflow from creative brief intake through final asset delivery
  • Track projects and timelines in ClickUp (or similar tools), ensuring clear visibility across teams
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers early and proactively resolve them before they impact delivery
  • Organize creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign documentation for production teams
  • Support the research and logistics behind creative strategies aligned with client goals
  • Facilitate communication between Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and AdOps teams
  • Manage revision cycles, approvals, and feedback loops to keep creative deliverables on schedule
  • Coordinate QA checkpoints for creative assets including social content, short-form video, copy, and web materials
  • Support preparation of client-facing presentations, reports, and campaign materials



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, or digital agency environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Experience working with creative production workflows including social assets, short-form video, copywriting, or web content
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfort working independently while coordinating across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack



NICE TO HAVE

  • Exposure to performance or growth marketing environments
  • Experience coordinating influencer marketing or UGC campaigns
  • Experience supporting client-facing deliverables or presentations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaign workflows
