ABOUT THE COMPANY

LLT Group is a branding, design, and development agency that builds and supports digital experiences for clients across the U.S. and internationally. For 15+ years, the team has focused on brand, web, and product experiences—no media services for clients, just deep creative and technical execution. This role is fully internal: you’ll be marketing LLT Group itself, not managing a book of client accounts.



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Paid Media Manager who can own performance marketing end to end—from strategy through execution and reporting. You should be comfortable taking what’s already working, finding the gaps, and pushing it to “better” with clear experiments, tight execution, and a strong handle on ROAS. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, not a task list.


You will be running LLT's paid media, driving growth for the brand.




IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own LLT’s paid media strategy across search, video, and connected TV/OTT to drive qualified leads for the agency.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search and related formats) with monthly budgets in the ~$15,000–$25,000 range.
  • Manage and scale campaigns on platforms like YouTube, YouTube TV, Hulu, Peacock, and other CTV/OTT channels.
  • Build and iterate performance-focused funnels, from first touch through to form fills and booked calls.
  • Define requirements and briefs for landing pages, ad creative, and content, then work closely with LLT’s design and development teams to get them built.
  • Set up, maintain, and improve tracking, attribution, and reporting so performance data is accurate and actionable.
  • Monitor campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to protect and improve ROAS.
  • Partner with leadership to align media strategy with growth goals, including expansion into international markets looking for North American agency partners.
  • Provide weekly reporting and insight to the leadership and business development teams on volume, cost, quality of leads, and opportunities to improve.
  • Bring SEO and remarketing ideas that complement paid acquisition



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in or around digital agencies.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns with meaningful budgets and clear ROAS targets.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and analytics/attribution tools.
  • Experience building or directing landing pages and funnels geared toward lead generation.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to design, run, and interpret experiments.
  • High ownership: you follow projects through, push cross-functional partners when needed, and don’t let tasks die in someone else’s inbox.
  • Comfortable reporting directly into leadership and discussing numbers, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience marketing a creative/branding/web agency or professional services firm.
  • Hands-on experience running CTV/OTT campaigns (Hulu, Peacock, YouTube TV, etc.).
  • Exposure to international lead generation (non-U.S. markets targeting North America).
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven pipelines (e.g., Pipedrive) and how paid media plugs into sales.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and how it supports paid demand gen.
