Role: Marketplace & Paid Media Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Rate: $1,750–$2,000/month (half-time, ~20 hrs/week)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
4CS Distribution helps bring great brands to the U.S. market through marketplace-first distribution. We currently operate multiple brands across Amazon and are expanding into Walmart Marketplace, with a clear plan to scale once performance is strong and repeatable.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an Amazon-first marketplace operator who can also confidently manage Walmart Marketplace and support Google Ads for our DTC websites. You’re equal parts strategist and executor—comfortable optimizing listings, managing paid media, and handling day-to-day platform operations. You understand how marketplaces and paid traffic work together, and you know how to prioritize impact within a part-time schedule.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own paid media performance across Amazon Ads (primary), with support for Walmart Marketplace launch and ongoing management
- Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display as appropriate) with a clear testing cadence
- Improve organic performance through listing SEO: keyword strategy, titles/bullets, backend terms, and on-page structure (creative assets provided by our team)
- Manage core marketplace operations: troubleshooting, case handling, account health issues, catalog fixes, and platform “fire drills”
- Provide recommendations on budget allocation and efficiency, tied to business outcomes (e.g., ROAS, TACoS, revenue growth)
- Support Google Ads for our DTC websites (basic-to-intermediate execution and optimization; Amazon is the priority)
- Report simply and clearly: what changed, what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ll do next
- Partner with our marketing team (France) for assets and inputs while you run performance execution
- Help set a foundation we can scale to additional brands once results are consistent
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- Proven experience managing Amazon Ads hands-on, with a track record of improving efficiency and growth
- Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors and listing optimization (SEO + conversion levers)
- Confidence operating inside Amazon Seller/Vendor tooling (depending on setup), including resolving account/catalog issues
- Comfortable working with $7k–$10k/month total ad spend today, with the potential to scale budgets responsibly based on returns
- Practical analytical skills (you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must know what to look at daily/weekly)
- Clear written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate async across time zones
- Ownership mindset: you notice issues early, propose solutions, and move fast
- Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule (~20 hours/week) and deliver real output every week
NICE TO HAVE
- Walmart Marketplace experience (especially ads + catalog ops)
- French language ability (helpful, not required)
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts at once
- Familiarity with Amazon expansion playbooks (new brand launch, category entry, catalog scaling)
