ABOUT THE COMPANY

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Okay look, we will keep this short-ish. At Azai Studios, we take the wildest ideas from half-genius, half-delusional entrepreneurs and turn them into something the world actually cares about. We work across brand identity, digital design, UI and UX, storytelling, and visual worlds that get people’s attention without screaming for it.

We work in hospitality, luxury goods, music, beverages, real estate, finance, aviation, tech, and whatever new universe a founder drags us into next. You might be crafting social graphics for a premium seltzer brand on Monday and building a landing page for a fintech startup claiming to reinvent something important on Tuesday. You will help bring order, beauty, and a little attitude to everything we touch.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Support production design across brand systems, identity work, and visual frameworks
• Create clean, on-brand social graphics, marketing assets, and presentation decks
• Help build landing pages and simple web layouts in Figma with strong hierarchy and structure
• Prepare and export assets for development, motion, client delivery, and internal workflows
• Conduct internal QA on files, exports, and web builds—details matter here
• Work closely with the Design Lead and Account Leads on daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Join select client calls as a silent observer to absorb creative direction and context
• Adapt design work across industries, including regulated environments, while maintaining quality
• Bring initiative, organization, and a “figure-it-out” mindset to every task

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

• 4-5+ years of professional design experience (agency experience required)
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite—not beginner-level
• A portfolio showing branding, digital design, layouts, and thoughtful execution
• Strong typography instincts and a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and consistency
• The ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and stay composed under shifting priorities
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making tasteful, logical decisions independently
• Excellent file organization habits and clean working practices
• Availability to work EST-aligned hours

NICE TO HAVE

• UI or web design experience
• Motion design or animation experience
• Print or packaging design experience
• Prior exposure to regulated industries (not required if the work is strong)
• Experience in the Financial or Health Care sector
