ABOUT THE COMPANY

Maxwell Club is a curated investment membership community built for mid-market and enterprise health brands. The club brings together leading operators and executives from companies like AG1, Oura, Therabody, and similar growth-stage brands to co-invest in emerging health and wellness companies.

The model is intentionally high-touch and selective, capped at approximately 30 members. This is not a volume play—it’s relationship-driven, strategic, and built for long-term value creation.



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who thrives as the operational backbone behind a fast-moving founder. This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by helping a visionary leader execute consistently.


You won’t be selling directly. Instead, you’ll ensure nothing slips, no follow-up is missed, and every interaction reflects a polished, white-glove experience.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Research conferences, speaker lists, and target companies to identify high-value prospects
  • Source and verify decision-maker contact information
  • Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling across stakeholders
  • Maintain clean, organized records in HubSpot
  • Capture and organize post-meeting notes from the founder
  • Turn rough notes into polished follow-up emails, decks, and recap materials
  • Customize presentations with updated branding and company-specific messaging
  • Send timely proposals and track next steps
  • Manage pipeline visibility and ensure follow-ups happen within 24–48 hours
  • Proactively remind and nudge the founder to protect deal momentum



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, RevOps, or high-level sales support
  • Strong experience working inside a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable with AI Tool: i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, perplexity, etc
  • Excellent written English (9–10/10) and professional communication skills
  • Experience building or editing client-facing decks and presentations
  • A high standard for organization and follow-through
  • Comfort working directly with a founder and managing upward
  • The judgment to operate in enterprise, brand-forward environments
  • A bias for urgency without sacrificing quality
  • An entrepreneurial spirit



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market B2B sales
  • Background in health, wellness, consumer brands, or venture ecosystems
  • Experience supporting conference outreach or event-based prospecting
  • Familiarity with outbound research tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Exposure to membership, community, or network-driven business models
