Company: One of Our Amazing Partners

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This role is with One of Our Amazing Partners, an AI-powered growth marketing company built for brands that demand results. The company drives measurable revenue outcomes for DTC marketers, subscription businesses, and B2B clients through proprietary technology, exclusive platform partnerships, and more than two decades of performance marketing expertise. Its marketplace team runs Amazon and retail media programs for ecommerce brands and is growing as more clients come on board. The team is small and senior, so the person in this seat works directly with the strategist and account lead and sees exactly how their optimizations move a client's revenue.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A hands-on Amazon Ads Specialist who owns day-to-day campaign management across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You know the Amazon Advertising Console inside out, you can look at three campaigns and explain what is working, what is not, and what you would change next, and you can say it clearly to a client. This is a full-time seat working US Pacific hours, built to take campaign execution off the strategist so the team can grow.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own day-to-day management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns across Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Build and restructure campaigns, including account structure, targeting, and keyword and ASIN strategy.
  • Manage budget pacing and bid optimization against each client's ROAS, ACoS, and revenue targets, in the Amazon Advertising Console and third-party bid management tools.
  • Run search term and keyword analysis to harvest winners, cut waste, and protect share of voice.
  • Build media plans and spend forecasts for always-on activity and tentpole periods such as Prime Day and the holiday season.
  • Complete SEO passes on product detail pages (titles, bullets, backend keywords) to support paid performance.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards that turn raw data into a clear recommendation.
  • Present performance insights on client calls and translate results into specific, prioritized next steps for the account team.

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience, managing campaigns with direct budget responsibility.
  • Deep, practical fluency with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including bidding, match types, and targeting.
  • The ability to audit an account live and explain your reasoning in real time, not just follow a checklist.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to move from raw reporting to a defensible recommendation.
  • Confident, clear English, written and spoken, for presenting results directly to clients.
  • Experience managing several ecommerce brands or accounts at once, ideally in an agency.
  • Full-time availability during US Pacific business hours.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Walmart Connect advertising experience, in Skai or a comparable retail media platform.
  • Amazon DSP or The Trade Desk experience for off-Amazon and programmatic tactics.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics.
  • Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You will join a small, close-knit marketplace team at an agency that is investing in its Amazon practice. The seat exists so the strategist can focus on strategy and new clients, which means you get real ownership of campaigns from day one, direct access to senior people, and a clear path to grow from execution into strategy as the book expands.
