Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $1,300 - $1,450/month

Engagement: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Working Hours: Fixed afternoon window, 1:00pm - 5:00pm U.S. Eastern, Monday to Friday

Company: Stream Engine

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Stream Engine builds decision intelligence for national security. Its AI platform turns high-volume, publicly available text, image, video, and audio into ranked, evidence-backed insight for defense, the intelligence community, law enforcement, and elite sports and venue customers. Among other things, the platform helps law enforcement triage data to find and stop online predators. The team works in specialized, trust-driven markets and is guided by one idea: AI for Good®.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a part-time graphic designer who can own how Stream Engine looks across social, sales, and product. The goal is brand credibility and a clear narrative, not lead generation. You bring strong design sensibility, use modern AI image and video tools every day, finish in Adobe, and are comfortable in Figma. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, who leads all messaging and approves content.

HOW THE MONTH WORKS

Week 1: Social creation and publishing. Design the month's social graphics and short motion pieces, shape taglines and copy with the Chief Growth Officer, build the content calendar, get it approved, then schedule and publish.

Weeks 2 to 4: Design support. Act as the in-house design partner: UX/UI updates in Figma, sales, investor, and conference decks, animations built from the brand's origami image library, and creative punch-ups on materials across the business.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Design monthly social graphics for LinkedIn (primary), X, and Instagram on an established brand system: origami imagery, scrim-backed logo, clear hook copy, and a single accent color
  • Build, schedule, and publish the monthly content calendar after approval
  • Animate key designs into short motion pieces and loops using AI video tools and motion software
  • Generate and refine imagery with AI tools such as Google Nano Banana, working from a documented prompt system and reference library
  • Finish, composite, and retouch in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Support UX/UI work in Figma: product screens, demo flows, landing pages, and website updates
  • Design sales, investor, and conference decks within an existing template system
  • Turn rough briefs into polished, executive-ready assets on quick timelines, including unplanned announcements
  • Build and maintain reusable templates for posts, banners, and motion

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience across brand, social, and B2B work
  • A portfolio that shows social graphics, motion or animation, and presentation or UX/UI design
  • Hands-on experience creating images with AI tools (Google Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and directing them to match a defined brand system
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience running a content calendar and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
  • Strong deck design skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Sound judgment and discretion with non-public company and customer information

NICE TO HAVE

  • Short-form animation and video skills (Runway, Google Veo, Premiere, or similar)
  • Experience in defense, govtech, public safety, aerospace, or sports
  • Copywriting instincts for hooks, headlines, and captions
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

This is a chance to shape the visual identity of a company doing meaningful work with AI, with a strong brand system and guidelines already in place. You get a predictable monthly rhythm, a fixed afternoon schedule, and direct access to the executive who owns the message. The work spans social, motion, product, and decks, so no two weeks look the same.
