Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: ATAK Interactive

ABOUT THE COMPANY

ATAK Interactive is a full-service B2B growth and RevOps agency based in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District, founded in 2005. A HubSpot Solutions Partner, ATAK helps mid-market and enterprise clients connect strategy, marketing, creative, and CRM into one revenue engine: paid media, SEO, web and design, marketing automation, and custom HubSpot architecture. Analytics sit at the center of every engagement, and the team is known for catching a performance problem and bringing the fix before the client has to ask.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a leadership seat, not a campaign execution seat. ATAK is looking for the person who owns paid media as a practice: setting strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, deciding what gets tested and what gets killed, directing the creative that runs, and standing in front of clients to defend both the plan and the results. This role owns the full arc of a campaign, creative direction included, because the two are too connected to sit in separate lanes. You will use AI to move from idea to in-market quickly, and you will not be waiting in anyone's queue to get there.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads, translating client goals into a channel plan, budget approach, and testing roadmap.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to shape targeting, offers, and positioning, and align paid strategy with organic and broader marketing efforts alongside internal teams.
  • Own the full path to conversion, not just the campaign. If a landing page is costing conversions, you are the one who tests and iterates to right the ship. You are accountable for what happens after the click as much as before it.
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns against the goals in the strategy, not just to keep them afloat, and monitor KPIs so you course correct before the client has to ask.
  • Run a real testing cadence across creative, landing pages, offers, and bidding approaches: enough time in market to learn something, killed fast when it loses, scaled fast when it wins.
  • Own creative direction for your campaigns. You decide what gets made and why, you are accountable for whether it performs, and you work shoulder to shoulder with the design team to get work production ready and on brand.
  • Mine fresh inputs for angles: competitor ad libraries, sales calls, customer reviews, support tickets, webinar and podcast transcripts. Use AI to move from insight to concept, ad copy, and rough comps so you are never blocked waiting to start.
  • Bring your own AI workflows and apply them to real client accounts from day one, working with the Google Ads MCP and API and Meta's API to pull, analyze, and act on account data directly rather than clicking through the interface or waiting on someone else to build a report.
  • Build workflows that run on a cadence and read their own results, not one-off prompts: search term review, negative list maintenance, anomaly detection, weekly performance narratives, and QA. Know where automation ends, because judgment about which client, which offer, and which angle is still the job.
  • Track and report performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Databox, turn results into recommendations that improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs, and present both the strategy and the results to clients and internal teams, speaking to the "why" behind each.
  • Partner with account managers to keep client goals and expectations aligned, stay current on platform shifts and bring that knowledge back into how campaigns are planned, and turn what works into documented playbooks and sharper internal processes for scoping and running paid strategy work.

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, agency experience strongly preferred, including time as the most senior paid person on an account or team.
  • A track record of building paid media strategy from the ground up based on client goals, not executing a plan handed to you.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus conversion rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with the Google Ads MCP and API and the Meta Marketing API. You should be comfortable working with these accounts programmatically, not just through the platform interface.
  • Daily use of AI in actual client work, and something you can show us: a workflow, a prompt library, a script, a testing system. Curiosity is not the same as practice.
  • Comfort with data at volume. You do not need to be a developer, but a 30,000-row export should not slow you down.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
  • Experience with both demand generation and lead generation, and the presence to present strategic recommendations directly to clients in English.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads is a strong plus.
  • Reporting experience in Databox or similar client-facing dashboards.
  • B2B experience across long, multi-touch sales cycles.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other paid media specialists.

TOOLS WE USE

Google Ads (including the MCP and API), Meta Ads and the Meta Marketing API, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Databox.
