WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can support a fast-moving marketing team with high-volume, high-accuracy creative work. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy balancing original design with consistent versioning, can move quickly without sacrificing detail, and feel energized by supporting multiple local brands at scale.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Produce and version a high volume of graphics across dozens of shop brands.
  • Build and maintain templated assets for print, digital, and in-store use.
  • Develop campaign materials for monthly promotions, including paid media assets.
  • Create social media graphics using existing photo and video libraries.
  • Adapt design elements into simple motion graphics or short-form video.
  • Rebuild or refine logos for individual shop brands as needed.
  • Support email marketing with on-brand visual assets and headers.
  • Deliver files in clean, organized formats for easy reuse by the internal team.
  • Collaborate daily with the Marketing Manager and two Marketing Coordinators.
  • Respond quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-growth environment.



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
  • Experience designing for both digital and print.
  • Ability to produce clean, consistent, brand-aligned work across multiple identities.
  • Comfort with repetitive versioning work at scale.
  • A steady, reliable workflow and clear communication habits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to creative work.
  • Flexibility to shift direction quickly as priorities change.



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience designing for automotive, retail, or multi-location brands.
  • Advanced motion graphics skills.
  • Experience creating social content from scratch using video or photo assets.
  • Familiarity with Canva for occasional internal team collaboration.
