WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a performance marketer who understands how paid social and paid search work together throughout the customer journey. The right person combines technical execution with strong communication skills and enjoys building relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative agency environment, is comfortable owning results, and wants to grow as a holistic marketer rather than a single-channel specialist.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage paid media campaigns from setup through optimization, pacing, and reporting.
  • Execute campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search channels, with a focus on Meta and Google properties.
  • Manage keyword selection, targeting, budget pacing, and optimization strategies.
  • Determine campaign setup requirements, testing methodologies, reporting frameworks, and optimization plans to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Lead the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate issues or opportunities to internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee trafficking and site tagging, ensure tracking is functioning properly, and QA pixels.
  • Participate in developing strategic social plans alongside internal teams.
  • Integrate research, analytics, and social insights into broader marketing recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data and client feedback to develop optimization recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide an active voice in optimization strategies and proactively communicate challenges and opportunities.
  • Use campaign data to generate insights and draw conclusions that support client growth.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Keep leadership updated on project status and deliverables.
  • Present campaign performance and recommendations directly to clients and serve as a trusted marketing partner.


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience managing both Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • A solid understanding of analytics, performance media, and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with customer journeys, audience segmentation, and conversion paths.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to follow through.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interest in emerging trends, tools, and best practices across digital marketing.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • A desire to learn and grow within Hawke’s approach to performance marketing.
  • Confidence building relationships and communicating with clients.


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with YouTube Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Ecommerce marketing experience.
  • Exposure to GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar attribution and reporting tools.
  • Experience creating ads and creative testing frameworks across platforms.
  • Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation or SaaS campaigns.
