Role: Content Specialist

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month

Our Client  is a digital marketing agency focused on helping B2B companies grow through measurable, lead generation-driven marketing. Working primarily with manufacturers and distributors, the team combines creative storytelling with data-driven execution to deliver results that move the needle. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a content specialist who understands how content performs across the full funnel. You’re comfortable managing multiple client accounts, adapting to different industries and brand voices, and thinking beyond execution to outcomes. You bring structure, follow-through, and a proactive approach to improving the work over time.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Create high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, ad copy, and social media
  • Own and manage organic social media calendars across multiple client accounts (typically 5–10+ at a time)
  • Plan and develop monthly content aligned to campaign goals, funnel stages, and lead generation strategy
  • Adapt messaging to different industries, audiences, and brand standards
  • Design supporting visuals (social graphics, infographics, and simple assets) that reinforce messaging and drive action—not just aesthetics
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Strategists, and Operations to ensure content aligns with broader campaign execution
  • Apply SEO best practices including keyword usage, structure, and search intent
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice
  • Manage multiple deadlines and content deliverables across a portfolio of clients
  • Review performance and iterate on content based on data and results


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Experience managing multiple clients in an agency environment
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure, deadlines, and performance goals
  • Clear understanding of content marketing across the funnel (awareness → conversion)
  • Hands-on design capability (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar) to produce client-ready assets
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your workflow without sacrificing quality
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think beyond the brief
  • Alignment with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and direct communication


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in B2B or lead generation marketing
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or technical industries
  • Experience creating conversion-focused content tied to campaign performance
  • Exposure to analytics or content performance reporting
