WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Paid Search Analyst who is analytical, curious, and comfortable managing performance-driven campaigns in a fast-moving agency environment. The right person enjoys working with data, understands the mechanics of customer acquisition, and is motivated by improving performance through continuous testing and optimization.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage the daily execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Develop strategies to improve campaign performance and drive measurable results such as revenue, conversions, and user acquisition
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain strong CPA and ROAS targets
  • Conduct research to understand client business models, products, and competitive landscapes
  • Use analytics and performance data to inform campaign decisions and strategic improvements
  • Collaborate with internal paid media teams to align campaign execution and strategy
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Contribute to audits and support the development of custom pitches with the business development team
  • Work cross-functionally with channel teams to support integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Utilize internal tools and technologies to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search or search marketing
  • Experience working with performance-driven campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, entertainment, or direct-response clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively in an agency environment
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of campaign performance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations
  • A solid understanding of customer acquisition and direct-response digital marketing



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with HTML, website structure, or landing page optimization
  • Exposure to CSS or JavaScript
  • Experience with web analytics tools and attribution platforms
