Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Mojo Supermarket

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Mojo Supermarket is a fully integrated agency built on the creative philosophy “Break your brain good.” In an age of disposable content, we are focused on making work that is both meaningful and lasting; ideas that rewire the way the world thinks. We exist to take on high-stakes business challenges and deliver exponential return. We do this for brands like Adidas, Eventbrite, Girls Who Code, Match, Meta, Peloton, Savage x Fenty, and Truth.

Our values are THICCK: Trust, Hunger, Intention, Curiosity, Candor, and Kindness.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Data Analyst/Strategist will be the bridge between raw information and creative execution. You won't just report on what happened; you’ll predict what should happen. You will play a key role in measurement strategy, consumer insights, and performance tracking across our client portfolio, ensuring our "brain-breaking" ideas are backed by rock-solid logic and measurable ROI.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Develop custom measurement frameworks and KPIs that align creative ambition with client business goals
  • Lead the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reporting packages, translating complex datasets into clear, narrative-driven insights for internal teams and clients
  • Partner closely with Strategy and Creative teams to uncover consumer trends, white spaces, and unexpected insights that inform creative briefs
  • Support long-range and scenario-based predictive modeling to help clients understand the potential impact of high-stakes creative decisions
  • Help build and maintain internal data tools and BI dashboards that streamline how the agency visualizes performance and impact
  • Collaborate with Account Management to monitor campaign health, ensure contractual success metrics are met, and surface opportunities for out-of-scope strategic growth
  • Work with Finance to connect creative performance to client revenue growth and broader brand health indicators
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external data vendors and research partners
  • Continuously refine data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity across all reporting

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or marketing strategy, ideally within a creative, media, or digital agency environment
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
  • Deep familiarity with marketing and media metrics including CAC, ROAS, Brand Lift, and platform-level analytics
  • The ability to clearly explain complex or “scary” math to non-technical stakeholders, including creative teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort operating in fast-paced environments where answers aren’t always obvious

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting or building internal BI tools from the ground up
  • Prior collaboration with finance teams on revenue attribution or modeling
  • Exposure to brand health studies and third-party research providers
  • Comfort working across multiple clients and industries simultaneously
