Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $2,100 - $2,600/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Creative Partner

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Creative Partner is a strategy-led production company based in Nashville that builds content systems for brands and educators. The company specializes in two core verticals: enablement systems (training series, courses, tutorials, and curriculum-based video packages) and conversion-focused ad campaigns. Creativity without clarity is noise, and clarity without creativity is forgettable. Every project at Creative Partner starts with strategy, moves through thoughtful production, and ends with polished, purposeful content built to perform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who brings real artistry to commercial work. Not a social content clipper. Not a film purist unfamiliar with branded deliverables. A commercially sharp editor who understands branded storytelling, course production, and ad content, and treats every project with the precision and care of a craftsperson. This person lives in the timeline, has a meaningful body of work behind them, and finds real fulfillment in the editorial process itself.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Edit long-form educational content (courses, training series, tutorials) from scripted briefs and curated asset packages
  • Cut short-form commercial and ad content across formats (60-second spots, social cuts, branded assets)
  • Build story structure from raw interview and production footage using detailed creative briefs
  • Handle sound design and audio mixing to a broadcast-ready standard
  • Apply color correction using provided settings, LUTs, or platform presets
  • Integrate motion graphics elements (keyframing or working from templates) into final deliverables
  • Manage and organize project files, media assets, and folder structures to a consistent, repeatable standard
  • Collaborate directly with the Creative Director on creative direction and project priorities
  • Format subtitles and accessibility elements for final delivery
  • Build proxy workflows for efficient review cycles via Frame.io

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • 3+ years of professional editing experience, ideally in-house at a production company, agency, or studio with a demonstrated track record
  • A portfolio of polished commercial work for established clients (branded campaigns, educational series, or ad content) that shows range, quality, and craft
  • Strong audio mixing and sound design skills
  • Experience synchronizing and managing multicam interview footage
  • The ability to follow detailed creative briefs precisely and deliver exactly what is asked, without deviation
  • Organized, methodical file management habits and reliable, fast internet
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborative, nuance-driven feedback loops

NICE TO HAVE

  • Cinema-grade color grading workflows (DaVinci Resolve or similar)
  • Experience producing course or curriculum-based video content (e-learning, training, enablement)
  • Exceptional understanding of emotional timing and pacing in editorial storytelling
  • Familiarity with Frame.io for review and approval workflows

TOOLS WE USE

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, After Effects (for motion graphics templates)

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

This is a chance to become the editorial backbone of a growing production company that values craft over flash. You will work directly with the founder, own post-production across the agency, and help shape the editorial process from the ground up. If you are an editor who wants to do meaningful, purposeful work without the noise of managing a dozen freelance gigs, this is the seat for you.
