WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a proactive Client Delivery Manager who can create clarity, maintain momentum, and take real ownership in a fast-moving agency environment. This person should be comfortable managing client communication, driving internal accountability, and making sound day-to-day decisions without needing constant direction.


The right fit is organized, responsive, and steady under pressure. You know how to keep work moving, ask smart questions, and step in when something is off track. You do not need to execute SEO or PPC work yourself, but you do need enough agency and marketing fluency to understand delivery context, communicate confidently with clients, and help the team stay aligned.


This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who likes to drive progress, follow through, and keep teams accountable. It is not a passive coordination role.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own day-to-day delivery coordination across assigned client accounts
  • Lead client onboarding, setup, and delegation workflows
  • Serve as the main internal owner for account timelines, deliverables, and delivery health
  • Manage task execution inside ClickUp, ensuring work is scoped, assigned, updated, and completed on time
  • Follow up on blocked, overdue, or unclear work and drive next steps to resolution
  • Coordinate handoffs across PPC, web, content, and other delivery functions
  • Run weekly team delivery meetings and maintain clarity on priorities, deadlines, and action items
  • Own routine client communication, reporting updates, and monthly check-in calls across assigned accounts
  • Escalate strategic or out-of-scope conversations to leadership when needed
  • Flag scope shifts, delivery risks, and resourcing issues before they become problems
  • Give leadership accurate visibility into account status, team performance, and delivery trends


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in project management, account management, or client delivery within an agency or services business
  • Strong command of ClickUp or similar project management platforms
  • A track record of managing multiple workstreams at once without losing detail or momentum
  • Clear written and spoken English, with confidence in client-facing communication
  • Strong follow-through and a habit of closing loops without being chased
  • Comfort holding teammates accountable to deadlines and next steps
  • Ability to spot delivery issues early and escalate with context and proposed solutions
  • Solid understanding of marketing delivery, especially web, SEO, and PPC from an agency perspective
  • Comfort working inside a founder-led business where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting smaller business clients in recurring service environments
  • Familiarity with templated service delivery or productized agency offers
  • Exposure to reporting workflows tied to lead tracking or campaign performance
  • Experience working in lean teams where systems are evolving over time
  • Experience in founder-led or early-stage agencies where priorities can shift quickly


SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

  • Client work is consistently on track and deadlines are met
  • Tasks are clearly owned, current, and completed on time
  • Founder is no longer the default point of follow-up for team execution or routine client communication
  • Weekly delivery meetings produce clear action items that are completed by the next check-in
  • Client boards stay clean, current, and actionable without founder intervention
  • Fewer last-minute escalations and stronger visibility into delivery health
