Role: Growth & Brand Manager (Client Acquisition)

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $2500–$3000 USD/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Talent Scout

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Talent Scout connects top creative, marketing, and operations professionals across Latin America with leading U.S. brands and agencies. We specialize in long-term, full-time placements and operate as an embedded extension of our clients’ teams—from sourcing to hiring to payroll and compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re making our first internal marketing hire, and we need a builder—not a poster. This person will own the client acquisition marketing seat: shaping a repeatable organic growth engine, translating our positioning into content that drives pipeline, and operating with clear KPIs (not vibes). You’ll also create a system for getting the right industry voices talking about Talent Scout—strategically and consistently.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Work with the CEO to build out and own marketing strategies and be accountable for their success
  • Own marketing-sourced booked calls as the primary outcome, with supporting funnel metrics (MQL → booked call conversion, source quality, pipeline contribution).
  • Own a LinkedIn-first growth engine: cadence, content calendar, distribution strategy, and relationship amplification (comments, DMs, partnerships, community).
  • Own Instagram brand building: cadence, content calendar, distribution strategy, and relationship amplification (comments, DMs, partnerships, community).
  • Partner with creative/design resources to produce polished assets as needed
  • Ghostwrite and operationalize founder-led content while also building non-founder brand content that can scale beyond any one voice.
  • Translate our positioning into clear content pillars (embedded staffing, operator-led recruiting, quality and speed, LATAM advantage, outcomes) and ship consistently.
  • Create repeatable educational and proof-based series: client stories, role spotlights, hiring playbooks, “how we work,” and market insights.
  • Design and execute an influencer/KOL strategy to build credibility and reach:
  • Instrument the funnel in collaboration with the team: define MQL criteria, ensure clean tracking in the CRM, and produce a simple monthly performance readout.
  • Identify top-performing content and turn it into a repurposing system (posts → carousels → emails → one-sheets → website updates).
  • Activate and systematize a referral growth loop: referral campaigns, shareable assets, case studies, testimonial harvesting, and lightweight process to make referrals easy.
  • Collaborate with a paid media strategist to prepare for future paid amplification (you won’t be the ads buyer).
  • Bring structure: set quarterly priorities (Rocks), run experiments with a hypothesis, and report results clearly.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 5–7+ years in B2B marketing with clear examples of driving pipeline (not just engagement).
  • Strong LinkedIn distribution instincts and experience building a consistent, repeatable content engine.
  • Experience building partnerships/influencer/KOL relationships that create trust and demand (not just one-off shoutouts).
  • Comfort owning outcomes as an IC—high agency, self-directed, able to ship without heavy oversight.
  • A KPI mindset: you can define a scoreboard, track performance, and adjust based on what the data says.
  • Clear writing and editing skills (especially short-form social), with the ability to capture someone else’s voice.
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene and attribution basics (you don’t need to be a performance marketer, but you can work with one effectively).
  • Strong judgment around brand voice, positioning, and “what’s worth saying” in a trust-driven sales cycle.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience marketing staffing, recruiting, HR services, agencies, or other relationship-led B2B services.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM
  • Expereince with creative tools like Canva/Photoshop
  • Existing network of operators/creators in B2B, recruiting, agency, or startup ecosystems.
  • Experience building referral programs or partner-driven acquisition loops.
  • Basic lifecycle/email experience (simple sequences, nurture, light automation).

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

This is a chance to build the marketing function from the ground up—with real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a scoreboard that matters. If you want to build a system that earns attention, turns trust into demand, and proves it in booked calls and pipeline, you’ll have the autonomy and support to do it here.
