WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity and brings structure to high-volume creative environments. You’re detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and get real satisfaction from building clean systems that prevent chaos before it starts. This is an operational execution role focused on precision, output, and cross-functional alignment—not traditional project management.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and maintain master asset delivery matrices across accounts
- Track all versions, formats, specs, and cutdowns across channels (social, digital, OOH, integrated campaigns)
- Ensure naming conventions and file structures are consistent and scalable
- Maintain real-time visibility into asset status at any given moment
- Partner with Creative, Account, Strategy, and Production to align on asset requirements
- Track internal milestones to ensure seamless handoffs to production
- Flag risks early and proactively manage shifting timelines
- QC final assets against delivery specs and scope
- Confirm correct sizing, copy versions, subtitles, disclaimers, and required variations
- Prevent versioning errors and delivery missteps
- Ensure creative resourcing accurately reflects asset volume and scope, with daily updates maintained in Float
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 2–4+ years of experience in asset trafficking, delivery management, or high-volume creative operations
- Experience managing heavy asset loads across multiple formats
- Strong QC instincts and an obsession with version control
- Proven ability to track details at scale without sacrificing speed
- Comfort working without excessive structure—and building it where needed
- Experience working across integrated campaign ecosystems
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, and PM platforms
- The ability to stay calm in deadline-driven environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Agency experience supporting fast-moving brand accounts
- Experience working across production and vendor handoffs
- Familiarity with creative resourcing tools like Float
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns spanning social, digital, and OOH
