Role: Talent Sourcer (Part-Time)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Talent Sourcer who thrives on top-of-funnel impact. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural researcher with a knack for finding strong candidates others miss. You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable owning sourcing execution while working closely with leadership.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Source active and passive candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards relevant to marketing and digital media
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated open roles
- Support hiring across digital marketing, media, strategy, and operations functions
- Conduct thoughtful initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest
- Manage early-stage candidate communication and coordinate screening schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in JazzHR
- Partner closely with the SVP of HR to understand role priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Deliver weekly sourcing updates and pipeline reports
- Review inbound applicants, assess resumes, and flag strong matches for internal review
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to improve research, analysis, messaging, and workflow efficiency
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience supporting hiring in marketing, media, agency, or fast-paced business environments
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Practical experience using Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, with JazzHR experience a plus
- Strong written communication skills that generate candidate responses
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Self-directed working style with minimal hand-holding
- Comfort adapting quickly to shifting priorities and urgent searches
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for agency or digital marketing teams
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Recruiting metrics or pipeline reporting experience
- Spanish/English bilingual communication
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools and automation workflows
