We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to serve as the key strategic consultant for a portfolio of mission-driven CPG brands. You’ll lead full-cycle marketing strategies in a flexible environment where your work directly supports client growth.

Your Role and Impact


As a Brand Manager, you will act as the key strategic leader for a portfolio of high-growth brands. You will be the primary client point of contact, providing high-level strategy and operational oversight while supporting and leading a dedicated team of Account Managers and PPC Specialists.


You thrive on using data-driven Amazon strategies to boost brand growth, enjoy finding creative solutions, and find mentoring our team and clients meaningful. Your work’s success is measured by high customer satisfaction and critical account performance metrics.


In addition to managing brands, you will support the founder by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and sales activities, helping to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to the growth of the business.



Key Responsibilities


  • Client Leadership & Strategic Execution
  • Lead the client relationship and strategic execution by articulating and designing comprehensive full-cycle marketing plans for client brand growth on Amazon.
  • Direct the team’s tactical work and provide expert oversight to ensure goals are met.
  • Act as the primary strategic consultant and point of contact for clients.


  • Amazon Performance & Operational Oversight
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Amazon PPC to audit campaign performance, set strategic budgets, and direct optimization efforts.
  • Manage client workflows, set and track sales and ROI goals, and ensure overall team accountability and quality control.
  • Oversee all aspects of Seller Central operations, including inventory management, account health, and performance.


  • Team Management & Quality Assurance
  • Support and lead a team of Account Managers and PPC Specialists to execute client strategies effectively.
  • Maintain high standards for process adherence, communication, and reporting across all accounts.


  • Founder Support, Lead Generation & Sales
  • Work closely with the founder to support business development efforts.
  • Assist with identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, sales conversations, and the development of lead generation systems.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience managing and scaling multiple brands on Amazon Seller Central, ideally from a prior agency or high-level freelancer background.
  • Proven expertise in sophisticated Amazon PPC strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Seller Central operations, from inventory to account health management.
  • High proficiency with critical tools like Helium 10, Seller Legend, ClickUp, Slack, and Gmail.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong ownership mentality for proactively delivering outstanding results.
