Why This Role Matters

Marketing campaigns are complex, fast-moving, and multi-layered. The Project Manager ensures they run seamlessly — orchestrating cross-functional teams, keeping deliverables on track, and ensuring client outcomes are met with excellence. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue across accounts, strategy, creative, and media, ensuring that ideas turn into execution, and execution into impact.



What You’ll Own


Project Coordination & Execution

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Account Management, Creative, AdOps, Strategy) to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Ensure project requirements are fully defined with complete specifications.
  • Track project status and proactively communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  • Identify roadblocks early and develop solutions to keep projects on track.


Campaign Operations Management

  • Oversee campaign setup processes from creative asset organization to technical integrations.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring all elements are QA’d and executed flawlessly.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between teams across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established processes.


Client Deliverable Management

  • Lead preparation of client presentations, reports, and strategic materials.
  • Ensure all deliverables are consistent, polished, and on-brand.
  • Manage approval processes and revision cycles to meet deadlines.
  • Support account teams with meeting preparation and follow-up coordination.


Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain and improve project management workflows and best practices.
  • Implement quality checkpoints across the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.


Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate timeline or resourcing issues appropriately to Account Managers.
  • Maintain clear documentation and shared visibility across all teams.



What You’ll Bring to the Table


Required Experience

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.).


Essential Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage urgent requests.
  • Comfortable working independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Adaptability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and styles.


Technical Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing processes and terminology.
