WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to work directly with the founder to support the growth of VitaKavana’s membership community. This role sits at the intersection of relationship development, strategic outreach, and execution.


The right person is comfortable operating in environments where trust, professionalism, and discretion matter. You’ll be communicating with senior professionals, coordinating introductions, managing a curated pipeline of prospects, and helping convert highly qualified families into long-term members—while also creating and refining the materials that support the sales process.


This role requires both polish and precision: someone who can thoughtfully engage with high-level individuals while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and executing high-quality marketing materials.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Work directly with the founder to support VitaKavana’s membership growth strategy
  • Manage and maintain a highly organized HubSpot CRM pipeline including contacts, outreach activity, and follow-ups
  • Conduct targeted, thoughtful outreach to prospective members and strategic referral sources
  • Research and identify qualified prospects aligned with VitaKavana’s ultra-premium membership profile
  • Coordinate introductions, meetings, and communications with high-level prospects and partners
  • Maintain structured outreach cadences and relationship follow-ups
  • Track pipeline performance, outreach metrics, and prospect engagement
  • Support and independently build sales materials including presentations, decks, and written collateral
  • Write and refine marketing copy for outreach, presentations, and member-facing materials
  • Update and enhance website content (WordPress) to reflect current product positioning and messaging
  • Leverage existing materials while improving clarity, consistency, and effectiveness
  • Use Claude and other LLM tools to support workflows, research, and content creation
  • Maintain a polished and professional presence during Zoom calls and virtual meetings
  • Operate with discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-profile individuals


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship-driven sales
  • Experience selling or managing relationships around high-value services or memberships
  • Strong experience with HubSpot
  • Proven ability to maintain rigorous organization and follow-through across a curated, high-value pipeline
  • Experience creating or refining marketing and sales materials (decks, copy, collateral)
  • Comfort working directly in WordPress to update and improve site content
  • Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication standards
  • Experience interacting with senior professionals, executives, or high-profile clients
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
  • Strong presence and professionalism on video calls and written communications


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Background in wealth management, concierge medicine, private healthcare, luxury services, or nonprofit development
  • Experience selling high-ticket subscriptions or advisory services
  • Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or preventative health services
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve workflows and output
