ABOUT THE COMPANY

Dryment is a growing direct-to-consumer brand focused on reusable incontinence care products for adults and children. The company serves customers through Shopify, wholesale relationships, and HSA/FSA-eligible channels, building practical products that solve real problems and improve quality of life.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an operator who enjoys turning ideas into execution. You’ll work directly with the founder as a trusted right hand, helping move projects forward, keeping priorities organized, and ensuring the business continues to scale without requiring constant founder involvement.

This role is best suited for someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-moving environments, and understands the realities of e-commerce operations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage daily priorities across Asana, Slack, Google Sheets, and email.
  • Translate founder ideas into clear plans with owners, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Track active projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, agencies, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Follow up consistently with internal and external stakeholders to keep work moving.
  • Prepare regular updates for the founder, highlighting progress, blockers, and decisions needed.
  • Oversee customer support operations and maintain service quality.
  • Monitor inventory and proactively flag fulfillment or stock concerns.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Source, onboard, and coordinate external support when additional resources are required.
  • Support operational initiatives across marketing, product, and partnerships.
  • Take ownership of new projects and quickly learn unfamiliar systems or tools.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years in operations, e-commerce management, project management, or chief of staff roles.
  • Hands-on experience working inside Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency with Asana, Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up habits.
  • The ability to prioritize independently and surface issues early.
  • A fast-learning mindset and comfort working alongside a visionary founder.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects without losing attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Background in health, wellness, or consumer goods e-commerce.
  • Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, or fulfillment operations.
  • Exposure to wholesale or B2B fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience supporting founders or executives in growing businesses.
  • Familiarity with ERPs and broader e-commerce operations.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

Dryment is solving a meaningful problem with products that make a tangible difference in customers’ lives. You’ll work closely with the founder and play an important role in building systems that enable the business to grow. This is an opportunity to become a true operational partner and have a visible impact across the company.
