About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of campaign activation and optimization across social and search platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lean, high-growth environment, balancing analytical rigor with creative problem-solving. You’ll manage day-to-day execution, ensure tracking and analytics are buttoned-up, and deliver insights that move the needle on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads, and DSPs.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking (pixels, GTM, conversion APIs, UTMs, reporting dashboards).
- Monitor performance and optimize toward KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and surface actionable insights.
- Collaborate with leadership on tactical adjustments and recommend new opportunities.
- Provide clean, clear reports that translate results into next steps.
- Stay current on platform updates and apply best practices to live campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience (social + search).
- Proficiency in campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and scaling.
- Strong technical knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (GTM, conversion tracking, pixel troubleshooting).
- Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify performance insights into clear recommendations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
- Agency or multi-account experience preferred.
- Fluent in English
