Role: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Rate: $2,250–$2,750 USD/month

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a client-facing digital marketer who can operate across both strategy and execution. You’re comfortable owning relationships, guiding clients through decisions, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable outcomes. You bring structure, accountability, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple accounts.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, owning communication, performance, and overall success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions
- Build and evolve 90-day strategies aligned to client goals and full customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with Strategists, Content Specialists, and Operations to ensure execution is aligned and on track
- Oversee and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable next steps
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, reviews, and strategic conversations with clients
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously
- Identify risks, resourcing gaps, or client concerns early and address them proactively
- Drive continuous improvement through structured testing, iteration, and data-backed decisions
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, content, and digital production
- Ability to interpret performance data and guide strategy accordingly
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- A proactive, accountable mindset with ownership over outcomes—not just deliverables
- Comfort giving and receiving direct, honest feedback (radical candor)
- Ability to adapt across different client personalities and business contexts
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with B2B or lead generation-focused marketing
- Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or CRM tools
- Experience running A/B tests and optimization initiatives
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or technical industries
