WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Website CRO Specialist who combines strong WordPress execution skills with a practical understanding of conversion optimization and user experience. This person should be comfortable improving website performance through thoughtful page updates, landing page optimization, content publishing, and ongoing site maintenance.
This is a hands-on implementation and optimization role for someone who enjoys shipping improvements consistently, solving UX friction points, and using data to guide decisions.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Build, update, and maintain website pages in WordPress using Elementor
- Improve conversion paths across landing pages, service pages, and contact flows
- Optimize page layouts, CTAs, forms, messaging structure, and user flow
- Publish and format website content including blogs, landing pages, and case studies
- Apply on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, headings, image optimization, and content structure
- Strengthen internal linking and content structure across priority service pages
- Improve content clarity and scanability through effective formatting and conversion-focused layouts
- Support CRO testing initiatives and document results and learnings
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of website improvements, CRO opportunities, and content updates
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Track and report on website updates, optimization initiatives, and conversion improvements
- Ensure pages render properly across desktop and mobile devices while maintaining strong QA standards
- Troubleshoot layout issues, broken elements, and formatting inconsistencies
- Collaborate with leadership on website priorities, landing page improvements, and optimization opportunities
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of hands-on WordPress experience
- Experience working in Elementor or a similar page builder
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused website best practices
- Experience improving landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user flows
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals
- Comfort using GA4, Search Console, or similar analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
- Ability to manage multiple website updates and priorities consistently
- Clear written communication and organized execution
- Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting ability
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting B2B service-based companies
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools or CRO workflows
- Experience improving Core Web Vitals or site performance
- Experience with WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast or Rank Math
- Basic understanding of accessibility best practices
