This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analytical problem-solving, understands the nuances of digital marketing measurement, and can confidently communicate findings to both technical and business audiences.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Design and execute advanced marketing measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Models (MMM), geo-based incrementality tests, and holdout experiments.
  • Validate models end-to-end, performing diagnostics such as convergence checks, fit analysis, confidence intervals, and statistical significance testing.
  • Extract, clean, and transform marketing datasets from sources such as SQL databases, GA4, Google Sheets, and paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Build and maintain reproducible data pipelines with clear documentation to support repeat analysis and auditability.
  • Support digital tracking and analytics implementations across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.
  • Analyze event-based data structures, attribution models, and campaign performance metrics to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Translate complex model outputs into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights tied to business outcomes.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including marketing leaders and client executives.
  • Collaborate closely with media, strategy, and client services teams to solve business questions with data-driven approaches.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across sources, proactively identifying discrepancies and ensuring analytical outputs are reliable.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Practical experience applying statistical modeling techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and Bayesian methods.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing measurement, attribution models, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
  • The ability to transform complex datasets and statistical outputs into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data validation and quality checks.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to manage tasks independently and deliver work reliably in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with open-source marketing mix modeling frameworks such as PyMC, Meridian, or Robyn.
  • Exposure to customer lifetime value (LTV) modeling and cohort analysis.
  • Experience working with multi-channel paid media datasets.
  • Familiarity with experimentation design and incrementality testing methodologies
