Unified Service Partners (USP) is a private equity-backed platform acquiring and scaling roofing companies across the U.S. With operations across Florida, Texas, and Illinois, USP is building a centralized marketing function to support its growing portfolio of brands and bring structure to a historically decentralized system.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a senior marketing operations leader who knows how to build systems, create order, and drive execution across multiple moving parts. This role is for someone with real agency experience—someone who has worked cross-functionally, managed competing priorities, coordinated across stakeholders, and helped operationalize marketing in a structured, repeatable way. You should be the kind of person who can take ownership, build the process, and keep it moving without needing constant direction.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Build and operationalize a centralized marketing system across multiple roofing brands
  • Translate strategy into clear workflows, operating rhythms, templates, and repeatable processes
  • Own the day-to-day marketing operations infrastructure that supports execution across brands
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between internal leadership, branch-level contacts, and external vendors
  • Create structure for how marketing requests are submitted, prioritized, executed, and tracked
  • Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and frameworks that support scalable execution as new brands are acquired
  • Use Monday to organize work, improve accountability, and create visibility across ongoing initiatives
  • Help standardize campaign and branch support processes, including trade shows, collateral, storm response, and local marketing requests
  • Identify operational gaps, solve for them proactively, and improve the system over time


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, account management, project management, or delivery leadership in an agency environment
  • Proven experience operationalizing marketing functions across multiple clients, brands, or business units
  • A strong track record of building systems, workflows, and processes that improve execution and reduce chaos
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, vendors, and non-marketing stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset—you do not wait to be told what to fix or organize
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong judgment around prioritization and follow-through
  • Clear, professional English communication, both written and verbal


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with multi-location, franchise, or roll-up business models
  • Familiarity with Monday, Zapier, Databox, or related marketing operations tools
  • Exposure to home services, construction, or roofing
  • Experience supporting decentralized business units
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Tool
