WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a creative, culturally aware Social Media Manager who understands how to build engagement through relevant, high-quality content. This person combines strong content instincts with analytical thinking and can confidently manage social channels while staying ahead of U.S. digital trends and audience behavior.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Monitor U.S. cultural trends, conversations, and emerging topics to inform content planning.
- Create and publish engaging text, image, and video content across multiple social platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence across all social channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful audience interactions.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media profiles, including account presentation, imagery, and overall user experience.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for engagement, partnerships, campaigns, and promotions.
- Continuously test and optimize content strategies based on audience insights and platform performance.
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture, consumer behavior, and digital trends.
- Excellent content creation skills across written, visual, and short-form video formats.
- Experience using social media management, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting professional services, legal, financial, or B2B organizations.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing influencer, partnership, or community engagement initiatives.
- Graphic design or video editing capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
