WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager who thrives in a performance-first environment—someone who takes ownership of outcomes, enjoys structured testing, and brings proactive solutions without waiting for direction. You should be strong across Meta and Google, comfortable with CRM workflows, and excited about using AI as a core part of your workflow. This role is ideal for someone who prefers clarity, process, and measurable results over noise and guesswork.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and occasionally LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and CTV/OTT formats.
  • Manage small-to-mid size budgets ($1,500–$10,000/month), prioritizing efficiency, testing discipline, and quality of leads.
  • Partner with the video editor to develop and iterate on scripts, hooks, and creative concepts driven by performance insights.
  • Build and maintain structured testing cohorts with clear hypotheses, documentation, and learnings that inform future iterations.
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, platform events, and cross-domain configurations when needed.
  • Configure and maintain CRM automations inside GoHighLevel, using existing templates and building lightweight flows when necessary.
  • Use AI tools for ad copy, angles, personas, and test ideation, applying consistent prompt structures and quality filters.
  • Own funnel visibility end to end—ad → form → automation → CRM → sale—and propose optimizations across each touchpoint.
  • Present results clearly, focusing on insights, decisions, and next actions instead of reporting-only updates.
  • Maintain organized systems, naming conventions, and folder structures for campaigns, creative tests, and performance learnings.



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3-5+ years of proven performance marketing experience across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong lead-gen background with experience managing small budgets that require precision and careful prioritization.
  • Solid understanding of GA4, UTMs, events, pixels, and GTM tagging.
  • Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred) and comfortable building and troubleshooting basic automations.
  • A process-oriented mindset—structured documentation, testing frameworks, and organized workflows.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, especially around lead quality, funnels, targeting, and creative.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow with structured prompts or repeatable systems.
  • Experience writing or iterating on direct-response video scripts.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with founders or client-facing teams.



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with professional services clients (legal, accounting, nonprofit).
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or CTV/OTT campaigns.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel’s funnels, pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Previous work in a boutique or performance-driven agency.
