We’re expanding our global team and are looking for an experienced Sr. Paid Media Manager based in LATAM to spearhead client strategy, execution, and future team growth in the region. This is a strategic, client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and leadership.



What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with working knowledge of secondary platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • Deliver performance outcomes against clear KPIs and budgets, driving growth across eCommerce and SaaS clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, leading performance conversations, presenting insights, and building trust through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets, testing frameworks, and iterative creative strategies that unlock growth.
  • Manage tagging, tracking, and measurement across GA4 and GTM, ensuring reliable data for optimization and reporting.
  • Contribute to and refine campaign frameworks, bringing best-in-class paid media and creative strategies to Scale’s offshore team.
  • Lay the groundwork for future regional growth, eventually training and mentoring additional hires as the LATAM pod expands.



What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency environment, with proven success managing and scaling accounts profitably.
  • Deep platform expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and working knowledge of Pinterest, Shopify, GA4, and GTM.
  • Comfort with basic web tracking implementation (e.g., GTM events, GA4 configurations, pixel setup)
  • Shopify & WordPress familiarity
  • Strategic thinking + technical excellence: you can both build and launch campaigns with minimal oversight and advise clients on growth strategy.
  • Strong client communication skills and high EQ, with the ability to lead calls, present strategy, and build trusted relationships.
  • A leadership mindset: you’re excited to help build and lead a regional pod in the future, training others in Scale’s methodology.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
