Role: Project Management & Operations Manager (Client-Facing)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Project Management & Operations Coordinator to support both internal operations and serve as a client-facing presence during a transitional stretch. You'll wear dual hats, ensuring flawless delivery on strategic projects while helping keep client relationships strong as we fill a temporary accounts gap. As the accounts function stabilizes, duties may shift to lean more toward project operations.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Build and maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines (e.g., in Notion or similar tools).
  • Proactively monitor deadlines, deliverables, and team alignment.
  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams and with external partners/media.
  • Assist in crafting decks, reports, and materials that reflect our “Path to Momentum” mindset.


Client & Account Support (Transitional)

  • Act as a secondary client contact, working alongside leadership.
  • Capture and circulate client feedback, decisions, and next steps clearly.
  • Handle account-support tasks: meeting prep, note-taking, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident—even amid staffing transitions.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project management, operations, or account management—preferably within a marketing, agency, or consultancy environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multi-tasking.
  • Comfortable client-facing with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English required).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Background in media or creative agency environments is a strong plus.
