WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 3–5+ years of agency experience who brings structure, accountability, and consistency to complex marketing programs. This person is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across teams and with clients—owning execution while maintaining visibility into scope, timelines, and budgets.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing programs from kickoff through final delivery
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure disciplined execution
  • Translate client needs and approved strategies into clear internal scopes, milestones, and deliverables
  • Partner closely with Account teams while actively participating in client communication and meetings
  • Own day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Track progress against scope, timelines, and budgets, maintaining accuracy and visibility throughout
  • Support cost-based estimating and budget-to-actual tracking to help protect project profitability
  • Proactively identify risks, scope changes, and resource constraints, and implement solutions to keep work on track
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across media, creative, production, and other disciplines
  • Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and processes to drive operational efficiency


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programs from planning through delivery
  • Strong understanding of project scoping, timelines, and budget tracking in an agency setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and accountability
  • Clear, confident communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and resolving challenges
  • Experience working cross-functionally with account, creative, and media teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Workamajig is a strong plus, but not required)


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working on media-heavy or integrated campaign environments
  • Familiarity with direct mail, branding, or video production workflows
  • Exposure to large, multi-stakeholder client accounts
  • Prior experience in a full-service agency setting
