Rate: $1,900–$2,100/month

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring an Account Executive who can operate in a true hybrid capacity: supporting complex enterprise pursuits alongside senior leadership while independently owning and closing mid-market deals.

You should be structured, commercially driven, and confident running sales conversations end-to-end. This role requires near-native English fluency, strong cultural alignment with U.S. stakeholders, and the ability to build trust beyond transactional selling.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Support enterprise deal cycles in partnership with senior business development leadership
  • Independently own and close mid-market, support, and maintenance opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations and qualify inbound opportunities across the Americas
  • Coordinate with Solution Engineering and Delivery teams for technical scoping and demos
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs to delivery teams after close
  • Operate with accountability to quota and revenue targets



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in digital services, agency, or web environments
  • Experience selling CMS, web development, or digital transformation services
  • Near-native English fluency with the ability to lead live discovery calls and presentations
  • Confidence building rapport with U.S.-based enterprise stakeholders
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfort balancing independent quota ownership with collaborative enterprise support
  • Ability to ramp quickly with limited onboarding burden
  • High EQ and a relationship-driven sales approach



NICE TO HAVE

  • Background in WordPress or similar platforms (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, other DXPs)
  • Experience supporting senior enterprise sellers
  • Familiarity with presales and technical scoping workflows
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
