The team is founder-led, highly collaborative, and focused on building an integrated ecosystem across paid media, CRM automation, and AI-driven workflows.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who enjoys solving complex performance problems in lean-budget environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on finding meaningful signal in smaller accounts, building structured testing systems, and connecting campaign performance directly to pipeline outcomes.


You should be equally comfortable launching campaigns, troubleshooting attribution issues, collaborating on creative strategy, and communicating performance insights clearly to both internal teams and clients.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Manage accounts ranging from approximately $1,500–$20,000/month in ad spend
  • Build structured testing frameworks with documented hypotheses and clear learnings
  • Monitor campaign performance from ad click through CRM attribution and closed revenue
  • Identify funnel leaks and recommend improvements across forms, automations, and sales workflows
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems including GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, and platform events
  • Build and maintain CRM automations in GoHighLevel
  • Collaborate with the creative team on direct-response video concepts, hooks, and scripts
  • Use AI tools intentionally for copy ideation, creative testing, and workflow efficiency
  • Present insights, recommendations, and next actions clearly in async communication and client-facing updates


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience working with professional services or regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, accounting, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement
  • Confidence managing smaller budgets where efficiency and optimization matter daily
  • Experience writing or refining direct-response creative and video scripts
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, pixels, cross-domain tracking, and UTMs
  • CRM automation experience, ideally within GoHighLevel
  • A structured and repeatable approach to using AI tools in your workflow
  • Excellent written English and comfort working in asynchronous environments
  • Ownership mentality with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier or n8n
  • Spanish fluency
  • Previous experience at a boutique or performance-focused agency
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting tied to revenue attribution
  • Experience supporting creative testing strategy for paid social campaigns
