WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO Strategist who combines strong technical SEO fundamentals with strategic thinking and client-facing confidence. This person should be comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts, translating data into actionable insights, and contributing across both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving agency environments, balances execution with strategy, and understands how SEO connects to broader business growth, user experience, and conversion performance.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SEO clients across multiple industries and business models
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on organic growth, visibility, and conversion impact
- Conduct technical SEO audits, site analyses, and migration support with clear recommendations
- Lead on-page optimization initiatives including metadata, internal linking, content recommendations, and UX improvements
- Support AI search initiatives including optimization for emerging search experiences, Reddit, and YouTube visibility
- Collaborate with content, analytics, paid media, and development teams to implement integrated search strategies
- Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related tools
- Present findings, recommendations, and campaign updates during client calls and reporting meetings
- Identify CRO opportunities using behavioral data, testing insights, and user journey analysis
- Stay informed on search engine updates, algorithm changes, and evolving AI search trends to proactively guide strategy
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 3–5+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating strategy clearly to stakeholders
- Confidence working with SEO and analytics platforms such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Shopify, or similar tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website structure, and SEO best practices for modern web experiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with CRO platforms such as VWO or Optimizely
- Exposure to CRM or lifecycle marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, or Salesforce
- Understanding of AI search trends and emerging search behaviors
- Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale SEO accounts
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO or Reddit organic strategies
