We’re looking for someone who thrives on outreach, follow-through, and connecting with people who are still figuring out their creative path. You’re comfortable engaging prospective students, persistent without being pushy, and motivated by helping people take the next step toward a creative career.
This role is built for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach and is energized by the process. You’re comfortable picking up the phone and running focused outreach blocks—and when needed, making 50–100 calls in a day to connect with prospective students and move conversations forward.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Engage new and dormant leads through phone, text, email, and emerging channels to spark or re-spark interest in Miami Ad School programs.
- Conduct consistent outbound outreach—including high-volume calling days (50–100 calls when needed)—to connect with prospective students and move them toward the next step.
- Guide prospective students toward meaningful actions such as attending info sessions, scheduling consultations, or applying to programs.
- Maintain organized, consistent follow-up cycles to ensure every lead receives timely communication and support.
- Track all outreach and engagement activity in CRM systems to maintain accurate lead status and pipeline visibility.
- Identify engagement trends and share insights with admissions and marketing teams to improve outreach strategy.
- Coordinate scheduling and handoffs to enrollment advisors or admissions staff when prospects are ready for deeper conversations.
- Promote upcoming events, info sessions, and application deadlines through targeted outreach.
- Adapt communication style based on each prospective student’s goals, readiness, and creative interests.
- Contribute ideas for new outreach channels and tactics that resonate with emerging creatives and younger audiences.
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with near-native English fluency.
- Comfort with outbound calling and enthusiasm for high-volume outreach when needed.
- The discipline and energy to handle call blocks of 50–100 dials in a day while maintaining thoughtful conversations.
- A people-first mindset—empathetic, encouraging, and able to build trust quickly with prospective students.
- Excellent organization and follow-through while managing a large lead pipeline.
- Comfort using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- A flexible work rhythm that aligns with Pacific Time outreach hours when necessary.
- Genuine curiosity about creative careers, advertising, design, or creative technology.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in admissions, education outreach, recruiting, or inside sales.
- Background working with prospective students or early-career professionals.
- Familiarity with creative industries such as advertising, design, or media.
- Experience supporting events, info sessions, or community engagement initiatives.
