Role: Project Manager

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $2,500–$3,000/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: AppSolve

About the Company

This role is with one of our amazing partners — a Salesforce integration and product development firm that’s been building smart, scalable solutions for over a decade. The team is lean, global, and focused on transforming how multi-location equipment dealers across North America run their sales and service operations. They’re evolving from a custom services shop into a true product company, with two Salesforce-connected products that streamline lead routing and ERP integrations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to keep small teams aligned and clients informed. You’ll be the connective tissue between architecture, development, and customer success — ensuring every engagement runs on time, on budget, and without surprises. You love structure but aren’t afraid to build it.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead multiple Salesforce-related implementation projects from kickoff to delivery (standard implementations and In-house Appexchange onboarding)

• Own project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using lightweight tools (currently Google Sheets).

• Run client meetings confidently — set agendas, clarify scope, and document action items.

• Translate client needs into clear requirements for architects and developers.

• Identify risks early and flag blockers before they become issues.

• Hold internal teams accountable for timelines and quality.

• Keep clients proactively updated so they never have to ask where things stand.

• Track time and costs across concurrent projects to maintain profitability.

• Partner with leadership on resourcing and prioritization as the company scales.

• Support post-launch follow-up and handoff to ongoing support or success teams.

You’ll Succeed If You Have

• 4+ years managing software implementation or integration projects (preferably Salesforce).

• Strong English communication skills — clear, direct, and confident in client meetings.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, architects, specialists).

• Comfort managing multiple small-to-mid-size projects at once.

• Attention to detail with budgets, time tracking, and deliverable management.

• Ability to challenge vague requirements and steer teams toward clarity.

• A proactive mindset — you check in before others need to check on you.

• Calm, organized presence under pressure and shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or related CRM implementations.

• Familiarity with ERP or middleware integrations.

• Background in manufacturing, equipment, or industrial sectors.

• Understanding of Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

• Exposure to product-led companies or SaaS environments.

Why Join This Team

You’ll be joining a small but seasoned team building real products that solve real operational problems for an underserved industry. The company is lean, collaborative, and focused on clarity and execution — no red tape, just smart people working together to deliver value. If you’re someone who likes to take ownership and make things run better every day, you’ll fit right in.
