ABOUT THE COMPANY

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a senior, hands-on Google Ads and Paid Social operator who owns outcomes end-to-end: strategy, execution, and client communication. You move fast, use first-party data to make decisions, and can confidently present what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re changing next.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own Google Ads and paid social performance across 4–7+ B2B accounts (typically $500-$100k/month in spend)
  • Build, manage, and optimize Google and Paid Social campaigns (plus Display/YouTube where it makes sense)
  • Optimize to lead quality and pipeline using HubSpot CRM data (Lead → SQL → Revenue)
  • Partner on tracking and measurement using GTM and clean conversion architecture
  • Ship weekly experiments: keywords, structure, ads, landing page angles, offers, audiences
  • Diagnose performance quickly and prioritize what matters (not vanity metrics)
  • Produce clear insights that reduce waste and scale winners
  • Run monthly client reviews with structured storytelling and confident recommendations
  • Set expectations early, communicate risks proactively, and manage stakeholders well
  • Collaborate with fulfillment leadership to maintain a high bar across accounts



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 4-7+ years of hands-on Google Ads and paid Social experience for B2B (ideally SaaS)
  • A proven track record driving SQLs / pipeline, not just MQL volume
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and GTM
  • Comfort owning multiple accounts independently, with minimal oversight
  • Strong copy instincts—turn complex B2B value props into high-intent search ads
  • Expert Client-facing experience presenting results, answering hard questions, and leading the room
  • High standards from prior environments (venture-backed tech, strong agency, or similarly rigorous teams)
  • Bias toward action: you iterate quickly, learn fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with YouTube/Display for B2B demand capture or expansion
  • Familiarity with CRO/landing page testing and offer development
  • Experience supporting multi-touch reporting or attribution concepts
  • Exposure to Meta/LinkedIn (even if Google is your core)
