Rate: $2,250–$2,500/month

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a senior Customer Success leader who can own enterprise relationships with depth and confidence. This is not a reactive account management role. You’ll be expected to understand digital platforms, uncover opportunities clients haven’t yet articulated, and proactively drive account growth.

You should be commercially sharp, technically curious, and comfortable operating in a high-trust environment with minimal oversight.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders across the Americas
  • Move accounts from reactive support to proactive strategic partnership
  • Identify platform optimization and growth opportunities by understanding client implementations and business objectives
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client priorities and rtCamp’s capabilities
  • Partner closely with Delivery Managers to ensure execution supports account stability and long-term expansion
  • Maintain clear visibility into renewal timelines, risks, and expansion pipelines
  • Support client advocacy efforts including references and case study collaboration



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a services-led or agency environment
  • Hands-on familiarity with WordPress or similar platforms (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, other DXPs)
  • Near-native English fluency (spoken and written) with the ability to confidently lead enterprise conversations
  • Experience working directly with U.S. or European enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort navigating renewals and negotiations
  • A proactive mindset — you identify opportunities before clients ask
  • Ability to ramp quickly with limited hand-holding
  • Comfort operating in a high-trust, low-micromanagement culture



NICE TO HAVE

  • Deep familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem
  • Experience supporting enterprise CMS migrations or large-scale digital programs
  • Exposure to channel partnerships
  • Experience reviewing digital platforms to uncover optimization opportunities
