Role: Amazon Specialist

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $1,700-$2,000

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Title Ads

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This role is with One of Our Amazing Partners, Title Ads: a boutique Amazon consultancy led by a former Amazon brand owner. The business focuses on high-quality, hands-on support for brands that need real expertise, not a templated agency model.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Specialist who is strongest on the catalog and listings side of Amazon. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys fixing messy catalogs, troubleshooting issues, and steadily improving listing quality across multiple accounts. You’ll work closely with the founder, taking ownership of catalog-related work so they can focus on growth and strategy.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own Amazon catalog management across ~15 seller accounts with hundreds of SKUs
  • Create new product listings and improve existing listings for accuracy, compliance, and performance
  • Troubleshoot common and complex Amazon issues (UPC changes, suppressed listings, compliance errors, variations, flat file issues)
  • Improve listing content structure, attributes, and backend data to support organic performance and ads
  • Resolve inventory sync issues between Shopify and Amazon
  • Handle day-to-day Amazon operational “fires” efficiently and independently
  • Collaborate with the founder on prioritization and ongoing account improvements
  • Contribute to conversations around ads and performance optimization over time

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon catalogs at scale
  • Deep understanding of listings, variations, flat files, and Amazon compliance requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting Seller Central issues without heavy SOPs or rigid processes
  • Comfort working across multiple accounts with different setups and challenges
  • High attention to detail and patience for operational Amazon work
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant direction
  • Clear written communication and the ability to explain issues simply
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to dig until things are fixed

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting Amazon ads or collaborating with ads specialists
  • Background working with Shopify + Amazon inventory integrations
  • Experience working with agencies, consultants, or multiple brand accounts
  • Former Amazon seller or in-house Amazon operator experience

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You’ll be working directly with a founder who deeply understands Amazon and values quality work. This is a chance to become a trusted right hand in a growing consultancy, with real responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow your scope over time.
