Location: Remote (Mexico City, Mexico)

Rate: $2,500–$3,000 per month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Mojo Supermarket

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Mojo Supermarket is a fully integrated agency built on the creative philosophy “Break your brain good.” In an age of disposable content, the team is focused on making work that is both meaningful and lasting—ideas that rewire the way the world thinks. They exist to take on high-stakes business challenges and deliver exponential return for brands like Adidas, Eventbrite, Girls Who Code, Match, Meta, Peloton, Savage x Fenty, and truth. Their values are THICCK: Trust, Hunger, Intention, Curiosity, Candor, and Kindness.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager who acts as the operational engine across accounts and departments. You bring strong cross-functional instincts, anticipate risk before it becomes visible, and create clarity in fast-moving, multi-workstream environments. This is not traditional project management—it’s traffic leadership, system building, and real-time accountability.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Act as the primary engine across Creative, Strategy, Account, and Production
  • Ensure every department has what they need to deliver effectively and on time
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and flag risks before they impact delivery
  • Build and maintain comprehensive timelines across overlapping workstreams
  • Map cross-department dependencies to ensure sequencing is realistic and achievable
  • Adjust timelines dynamically as priorities shift
  • Maintain clear visibility across parallel initiatives so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Develop and maintain workflows that solve cross-departmental needs
  • Create visibility into timelines, dependencies, and resourcing
  • Monitor scope and proactively flag potential creep
  • Partner with Account to recalibrate deliverables when new asks arise
  • Identify and manage trade-offs when priorities shift
  • Escalate risks and capacity issues to the Director of Creative Operations in real time
  • Maintain accurate workload visibility and update Float daily to reflect shifting capacity

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3–5+ years in creative operations, traffic, project coordination, or integrated production environments
  • Advertising agency experience (required)
  • Proven experience building and managing timelines across multiple overlapping workstreams
  • Strong understanding of cross-department dependencies (Creative, Strategy, Account, Production)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and escalate proactively
  • Experience managing scope shifts and navigating trade-offs in fast-paced client environments
  • Advanced proficiency in GSuite and Float and/or Airtable
  • Experience maintaining real-time resourcing in tools such as Float
  • High attention to detail with strong QC instincts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive accountability without formal authority
  • Comfort operating in environments where structure is evolving
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization instincts
  • Obsession with clean documentation and process hygiene
  • Bias toward action that moves work forward without waiting for perfect clarity

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting high-volume integrated campaigns
  • Experience partnering closely with Directors of Creative Operations
  • Background in traffic leadership within a fully integrated agency model
  • Experience balancing global brand expectations across multiple stakeholders

KPIs

  • Clear, realistic timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • No surprises across teams or clients
  • Risks flagged early—not after deadlines are missed
  • Balanced workload and accurate resourcing
  • Creative teams focused on ideas, not logistics

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

Mojo Supermarket operates at a high creative bar, solving complex business challenges for globally recognized brands. This role sits at the center of that engine—creating clarity, protecting creative focus, and ensuring delivery excellence across the board. If you thrive in multi-stream environments and take pride in operational precision, your impact here will be immediate and visible.
