WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Local SEO Strategist who understands how local search drives leads for service-based businesses. This person should be comfortable owning client outcomes, diagnosing performance issues across SEO and paid search channels, and understanding how Google Business Profiles, LSAs, PPC, and SEO work together to generate results.


The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by solving problems. We value people who take ownership, move quickly, communicate clearly, and genuinely enjoy improving performance. You don’t need to be a hands-on PPC expert, but you should understand the ecosystem well enough to identify issues, speak the language, and collaborate strategically across channels.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for law firm clients
  • Support Local Service Ads (LSA) strategy and performance monitoring
  • Execute and refine Local SEO initiatives for service-area businesses
  • Diagnose lead-generation and search performance issues across SEO, GBP, PPC, and conversion flows
  • Analyze rankings, lead quality, conversion metrics, and visibility trends
  • Monitor technical SEO health, site structure, and PageSpeed opportunities
  • Collaborate with PPC partners to identify targeting, keyword, and conversion opportunities
  • Support content and website optimization for modern search behavior and conversational discovery
  • Identify opportunities for authority building, citations, and brand visibility
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders around priorities, performance, and next steps


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience managing Local SEO campaigns for service-based businesses (legal, home services, medical, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles and Local Service Ads
  • Familiarity with Google Ads concepts, keyword match types, and conversion metrics
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • A bias toward action and the ability to independently push work forward


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with law firms or legal marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with evolving AI-driven search behavior and conversational search trends
  • Exposure to schema markup and local SEO testing strategies
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website development workflows
  • Experience supporting landing page optimization or CRO initiatives
