Compensation

Base Salary: DOE + quarterly collected-fee commissions (20% / 25% / 30%) + 2–4% team-performance kicker

Overview

Owns PI cases from intake through resolution and supervises legal staff.

Key Responsibilities

Case strategy and negotiation; court appearances; settlement resolution; staff supervision; compliance.

Licensure

Active, good-standing bar admission in Georgia, Washington D.C., Illinois, and Texas.

Qualifications

JD from accredited law school; 3+ years PI experience preferred; strong litigation and leadership skills.
