Supports attorneys with substantive legal work under attorney supervision in personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and discovery under supervision; track statutes and deadlines; prepare demand packages; coordinate

with clients and providers (non-legal); assist with trial preparation.

Georgia Compliance

No legal advice, no settlement negotiation, no signing pleadings; all work performed under attorney supervision.

Qualifications

2+ years PI or litigation experience; paralegal certificate preferred; strong organization and writing skills
