What You’ll Do

• Guide potential clients through visa eligibility and immigration options.
• Run high-quality discovery calls using a proven consultative sales process.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up on leads, and update the CRM daily.
• Collaborate with attorneys and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Translate complex legal topics into clear, actionable advice for clients.
• Own your performance, improve through feedback, and close high-stakes deals.

What You Bring

• Experience in sales or a client-facing role (tech or recruiting sales is a plus)
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Great organization and note-taking skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for a non-expert audience.
• Motivation to build long-term expertise in immigration law.

• Interest in US immigration or legal services
• Availability aligned with Pacific Time hours (flexible within LATAM)
