What we're looking for 

You’re a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes paid social. You know how to turn a clear brief into a scroll-stopping static ad, and you understand how design choices impact performance on platforms like Meta.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing US-based consumer brand known for its bold personality, sharp humor, and performance-driven marketing. The team values collaboration, fast execution, and creativity that actually converts. You’ll work closely with a paid social creative strategist and video editors to bring campaigns to life and help drive results across paid channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing static paid social ads for Meta and other social platforms.
• Execute creative briefs with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with the paid social strategist and video editors.
• Adapt quickly to the brand’s tone, humor, and visual style.
• Iterate on designs based on performance feedback and testing insights.
• Support email or website design projects during peak periods when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing static ads for paid social campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong design eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply a brand’s visual language and voice.
• Comfort working from structured creative briefs and tight timelines.
• Experience using tools like Monday for task management.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing emails for marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Familiarity with Illustrator and Canva.
• Willingness to jump into web or lifecycle design when needed.
